Cooking is how I express myself and how I show people I care. For me, cooking is art—I love creating, focusing on the details, and bringing everything together into a final result that feels personal.
I built my skills through real training and practice
I learned to cook at home with my mom and grandma, and I kept improving through my studies at the Institute of Culinary Education, my experience at Le Jardinier, and my time training in Italy.
I rely on discipline behind the scenes
I believe great meals start with strong fundamentals: organization, food safety, high-quality food, and the right tools. That structure lets me cook with confidence and consistency while keeping the experience warm and enjoyable.
